The Pioneer Valley CFC serves over 6,000 employees. coordinator, keyworker and/or volunteer.*** General Information The Office of CFC Operations is located at 1900 E Street, NW, Room 5450, Washington, DC 20415. (202) 606-2564, Fax (202) 606-5056. The Director is Mark Lambert. You can visit the CFC website to view and download the regulations, view policy, locate other CFCs and ask questions of the OPM/CFC staff at www.opm.gov/cfc. The Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) is the vehicle for management oversight for the Pioneer Valley CFC. This website is the official site for the Pioneer Valley CFC. Community Health Charities of New England (CHC of NE) serves as the Principal Combined Fund Organization (PCFO) for the Pioneer Valley CFC. The local CFC Campaign Director works out of the Springfield, MA office. Headquartered in Hartford, CT, CHC of NE also administers the Rhode Island and Southeast MA Area CFC, as well as the Combined Federal Campaign of Western Central Connecticut. In addition to administering three CFCs, CHC of NE administers the Connecticut State Employee Charitable Appeal and serves as fiscal agent for the University of MA Amherst Charitable Campaign, as well as a number of private and public sector campaigns in New England. CHC of NE represents hundreds of the most respected health organizations in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Vermont.
